No judge has been assigned to this case as of yet

The company is claiming Apple's products utilizing pulse-width modulation signals to drive LED, include the iPad 3 tablet device and MacBook Pro notebook. According to LED, the facts learned in the discovery process show that the infringement of LED Tech's patents is or has been willful.The case was filed in the United States Delaware District. No judge has been assigned to this case as of yet.

Lighting is reported to utilize its Zalaegerszeg based factory in Hungary to manufacture LED lamps by the end of 2012. It’s said that GE Lighting has greatly reduced its lamps business in Hungary since EU gradually phases out less efficient traditional light bulb.

LED products are growing exponentially in 2012 and particularly for “Curing related applications”.  Traditionally, mercury lamps are used for curing purposes but with short lifespan and lengthy warm-up time.  Besides poor efficiency, other shortcomings include; massive heat generation, radiation and ozone emission (both damaging to materials exposed); huge power consumption, and contains hazardous mercury.

It is to launch an LED development laboratory, reorganizing engineers from other Hungarian operations, while Oracle will set up an 'Applications Lab' in Hungary, increasing the current number of employees, which is 200, by 10%, and is looking to increase this.
