These measures echo the seven strategies and ten focuses proposed by the Executive Yuan in an economic stimulus program it approved on December 1, 2011, with one of the focuses being “led high bay light installed nationwide”. FPG has been dedicated in developing LED products for many years, via the strategy of cross-field integration and cooperation with the ITRI. And by cross-field integration, the company has set up a vertically integrated supply chain for LED lighting. Despite LED has very high penetration rate in LCD TV , its penetration rate in LED lighting is still very low, promising huge market potential.

Currently, FPG has prepared sufficient land and capital for the development of LED lighting. Additionally, Nan Ya Photonics will require all of its supporting factories to pass UL certification to bolster its brand.

Furthermore, FPG has possessed the mass-production technology for 7-watt and 10-watt LED bulbs, lighting tube, and cabinet led linear high bay light. Nan Ya Photonics will cooperate with interior-lighting design companies, aiming at rolling out custom LED lighting products and becoming an all-around lighting company.
